This paper introduced the industeial test of extracting gold from gold-bearing complex ores through combined process flow of gravity concentration-flotation-cyanidation of gravity concentrate. Due to such unfavorable factor as the characteristics of this flowsheet, the industrial test encountered a certain difficulty. Adopting correct method and reasonable steps, defining the optimun condition step by spep, filling gaps in design work, using the method rf combination multi-factors test to optimize the technological condition for small-scale test of cyanidation of gravity concentrate, revising reagent ingredient and enforcing operational conditions, the industrial test got success at one stroke.

本文介绍了吉林省闹枝金矿采用重选浮选重精氰化选冶联合流程提金工艺的工业试验。由于该流程的特点等不利因素使该流程的工业试验具有一定的难度,但是工业试验采取了正确的方法和步骤,确定了逐步调优,全面调正的方针,及时补充了设计漏项,用多因素组合试验法补充了重精氰化的小型试验的技术条件,改善了药剂制度,加强了作业条件等措施,使工业试验一举成功。

In view of lacking scientific argument and algorithm in the decision-making of investment directions of combined enterprises (including mining, mineral processing and metallurgy), an investment state exhaustion method in binary addition order is synthetically presented in this paper. Supported by the strict mathematical model of optimization method with 0-1 multi-goal programming, it can solve the neck-bottle problems that appear normally in mining investment with the characters of multi-objective, multi-attribute, multi-alternative and multi-factor.This paper demonstrates that this optimization method can be practiced both in theory and in algorithm by means of computers. So a reasonable decision settings for decision-making development is provided.

鉴于矿山采、选、冶联合企业投资方向的决策尚欠科学论证与算法,本文提出按二进制迭加为序的投资状态穷举法,配以严密的0—1多目标规划优化法的数学模型,求解多目标、多属性、多方案、多因素的矿业的投资“瓶颈”问题。借助于计算机,文中给出了理论上和算法上的可行性,提供了开发决策科学化的决策环境。

The mine design is a complex system project. It has the properties of multi-goal and multi factor, and must be optimized by multi-goal and multi-criterion. This paper uses the grey connect degree synthetic evaluation method id judge the mining design scheme, and shows that method is simple and feasible in technology. This is a good method for multi-index scheme optimization.
