目的 研究比色法测定复方虫草颗粒中甘露醇的含量 ,建立一种准确、可行的含量测定方法。方法 在供试品中依次分别加入氧化剂高碘酸钾、L-鼠李糖与 Nash试剂 ,5 3℃水浴加热 15 m in使呈色 ,在 412 nm处测定吸光度 ,用比色法测定其中甘露醇的含量。结果 在 10~ 5 0μg/ m L范围内对 3种不同批号样品在实验条件下测定 ,其平均含量为 1.2 7% ,本法平均回收率为 10 0 .3% ,RSD为 0 .83% (n=5 )。结论 可作为复方虫草颗粒中甘露醇含量测定及有关质量控制的一种简便、准确和快速的方法。

Several preparing methods of mannitol were introduced.It is suggested that study on mannitol would be to enhance mannitol content in the production(mixture of mannitol and sorbitol).
