On the basis of the bench test of 6135 Q-1 turbocharged diesel engine at the altitude of 3810 metres in 1077, the running characteristics and the approches of adjustment of that turbocharged diesel as well as its experimental results are to be reviewed. The other problems related to any turbocharged engine operated at altitude are discussed thereupon at the same time.

For turbocharged diesel engine simulation,this paper presents some new calculation methods,such as the estimations of ignition delay,heat release pattern

As far as turbocharged diesel engine with intercooling is concerned, the ambient temperature influences the engine working process mainly through the supercharging pressure variation; the higher the mean effective pressure (or the supercharging degree), the more sensitive the response of the working process to ambient temperature is. The supercharging degree was not taken into consideration in the CIMAC derating formula (1971) concerning ambient temperature. In the authors' opinion the value of n (=1.2)...

增压中冷柴油机的平均有效压力(或增压度)越高,则其工作过程对环境温度越敏感;就这类柴油机而言,环境温度主要是通过增压压力的变化来影响气缸内工作过程。环境温度变化时,四冲程废气涡轮增压中冷柴油机的功率修正量(等排温)与柴油机的增压度有关;CIMAC制定的等排温功率修正公式(1971年) 中关于环境温度的部分没有考虑增压度的影响,其适用范围值得商榷。
