Rhynchophylline is the monarch drug in Fufangtianmapian (a Chinese patent medicine) . To guarantee the quality of Fufangtianmapian, a reliable rhynchophylline determination must be set up.

钩藤系复方天麻片的君药,为保证其质量,建立钩藤碱的含量测定方法。 采用薄层色谱法测定复方天麻片中钩藤碱的含量。以氯仿—丙酮—三乙醇胺(50∶3∶0.5)为展开剂;于紫外光灯(254 nm)下检视。反射法锯齿扫描:λ_s240nm,λ_R370 nm;狭缝1.25mm×1.25mm,线性化参数;SX=3。 通过方法学考察,点样量在0.484~7.744μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,其回归方程为:Y=1769X+3527,r=0.998;平均回收率为100.1%(n=5)。 试验表明,方法可靠,数据准确,易于操作。

AIM: To compare N-LOK with β-CD on inclusion ability for the volatile oil from Duhuo Jisheng Granula (Radix Angelicae, Pubescentis, Herba Asari, Radix Saposhni-koviae, etc). and its process. METHODS: Colloidal mill and mixer were adopted, and analysis was on use of DSC and GC/MS. RESULTS: N-LOK inclusion complex included oil ratio was twice as large as the β-CD, GC/MS analysis showed that the main components of volatile oil before and after being covered had no significant difference. N-LOK inclusion complex could spray to dry directly, but β-CD inclusion complex needed refrigeration and low temperature were necessary. The method of covered with N-LOK is suitable for mass production in the traditional Chinese patent medicine in the size of manufacture.

目的:比较N LOK与β CD对独活寄生颗粒(独活、细辛、防风等)挥发油的包合能力与工艺过程。方法:用胶体磨 法与搅拌法包合,并经差热、GC/MS分析。结果:N LOK对挥发油的包合率约为β CD的2倍:包合前后挥发油主要成分 基本一致。结论:N LOK挥发油包合物含油率高,可直接喷雾干燥,β CD挥发油包合物含油率低,需要冷藏及低温干燥。 采用N LOK包合挥发油更接近中成药工业规模生产实际。

Near-infrared (NIR) diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and pattern recognition techniques were applied to develop a fast identification method of a Chinese patent medicine-donkeyhide glue. Samples from different manufactures (eight genuine samples and six counterfeits) were collected, and their NIR spectra were obtained. Samples from different manufactures (eight genuine samples and six counterfeits) were collected, and their NIR spectra were obtained. NIR spectra were pretreated with multiplicative signal correction (MSC) and wavelet transformation to diminish baseline offset. Similarity and Mahalanobis distance methods were separatemy used to qualify donkeyhide glue. For the similarity calculation, spectra of the two real ones were selected as standards, and then others were compared with the standards to obtain the match value. All the samples were rescanned once for the Mahalanobis distance methods, and totally twenty eight spectra were separated into three sets for cross-validation. The two methods can both distinguish the counterfeits of donkeyhide glue successfully. The proposed method is accurate and robust, and could be used in the discrimination of other traditional Chinese medicines.

采用近红外光谱漫反射光谱技术和模式识别技术快速鉴别阿胶真伪。收集来源不同的阿胶(真品8个,伪品6个),采集其近红外漫反射光谱,使用多重散射校正和小波变换对光谱进行预处理后,分别应用相似度匹配和马氏距离方法建立质量鉴别模型。相似度法使用真品谱图作为标准谱图,用样品谱图与标准谱图的相似度值来鉴别阿胶质量;对阿胶样品进行重复扫描得到28张谱图,随机分为3组后应用马氏距离法建立交叉验证鉴别模型。两种模式识别方法均能准确无误的鉴别阿胶真伪,表明近红外光谱和模式识别技术结合可快速、准确、客观地进行阿胶质量鉴别,可推广到其他中成药的质量鉴别。
