文章从分析广州近十年(1974~1983)逐时气象数据出发(共61万个值),在改进日本“标准年”气象资料构成法的基础上,提出了一种用微机构成“动态计算用气象资料”的方法.依此方法构成了适合于广州地区的气象资料,存入磁盘,可供调用.为建立我国的“气象数学模型”和开展建筑能耗分析,做了一次新的尝试.在讨论和分析《响应系数法》的基本原理和改进“求根方法”的基础上,首次用IBM-PC/XT型微机,移植并开发丁动态负荷计算,并将全部程序编入磁盘,便于推广应用.最后,将上述成果用于广州珠江帆影工程,进行了空调能耗的优化分析及设备容量组合匹配的最佳选择,取得了初步可喜的成果.

The research project is based on analysis the rel- atiouship between weather parameters and air conditioing dynamic load and the mean months are selected from actual measurements weather data of recent decade (1979—1988) in Jinan.Standard year weather data in Jinan including dry-bulb temperature,humidity content,solar direct radiation concentration,solar diffuse radiation concentration,cloudiness,wind direction and velocity (totaling 7 para- meters) are constituted after nearly 25000 actual measurements...

The research project is based on analysis the rel- atiouship between weather parameters and air conditioing dynamic load and the mean months are selected from actual measurements weather data of recent decade (1979—1988) in Jinan.Standard year weather data in Jinan including dry-bulb temperature,humidity content,solar direct radiation concentration,solar diffuse radiation concentration,cloudiness,wind direction and velocity (totaling 7 para- meters) are constituted after nearly 25000 actual measurements data are calculated,analysed and standardized.Finally,meteorological data have been made to DBASE and have been put into disk for transfer when air conditioning dynamic load is calculated and energy consumption of buildings is analysed in Jinan.

本项研究在分析气象参数与空调动态负荷之间关系的基础上,从济南市10年实测气象数据中选出了平均月。然后从对2.5万组实测数据的计算分析中,整理出包括7项参数的济南地区标准年气象资料,并制成数据库,存入磁盘。可供济南地区进行空调动态、负荷计算和建筑物能耗分析时调用。

This paper is based on the collection of a large number of meteorological data, compares several common interpolations, constitutes the meteorological data of " Standard Year" in Changchun city by lagrange's interpolation which is both reaonable and simple.

本文在收集大量气象资料的基础上,通过对常见的几种插值方法的比较,选用既合理又简单的拉格朗日插值法构成了长春市“标准年”气象资科。
