An essential oil was obtained in 1.35% yield by extraction of rice hulls with ether. By means of GC/MS analysis, the main chemical constituents were identified. Furfural from the extracted rice hulls was also prepd.in 2.5-2.8% yield.

本文报导从稻壳中用乙醚提取挥发油的方法,收率为1.35%;并用色谱一质谱联用仪确定了其主要成份.提过油的稻壳用以制备糠醛,收率为2.5~2.8%.

Afeasible and economic technology of separation and purification of SiC whisker which was madefrom rice hull has been provided.It was found from the pilot test of separation and purification of thewhisker that this technology resulted in high efficiency of separation and high grade of SIC whisker productwhich is rich in high quality SiC whisker.Two kinds of SiC whisker product with different specifications forthe demand of reinforcement of composite materials can be produced by this separation technology....

研究出了一套切实可行的分离提纯以稻壳为原料生产的SiC晶须的工艺技术。研究表明。应用该工艺不仅能有效地使SiC晶须与颗粒分离,获得高品位的晶须产品,而且可以使高质量的晶须得到富集,并可依据制作补强、增韧材料时对晶须的不同要求得到两种不同规格的SiC晶须产品。

In the system of growing silicon carbide whiskers from rice hulls with the oxide as catalysts,the role ofcatalysts is to help forming the liquid phase,which is the basis of SiC whiskers' growth by the VLSmechanism,VLS is the main way for whiskers' growth,and we found that,a few of whiskers were grownin the materials by VS mechanism and a few by CVD mechanism on the surfaces of the materials.

在以稻壳为原料,氧化物类作催化剂反应生成SiC晶须的过程中,催化剂的主要作用是形成液相,晶须生长方式以VLS为主,同时料内有少量VS方式生长的晶须,料表面有少量CVD方式生长的晶须。
