本文用热重法研究了由稻壳制备 Si_3N_4的动力学问题,得出的速度控制步骤为 SiO 与 CO 气体通过碳粒子表面阻滞气层的扩散,活化能<41.858kJ/mol。在稻壳中加入 Fe_2O_3和 NaF,可以提高氮化率,降低活性能。添加剂的最佳加入量分别为:Fe_2O_30.224wt%;SiO_2:NaF(摩尔比)=1∶0.1。氟化钠的催化作用强于氧化铁。

In this paper, method of solid-phase synthesis is adopted and the rice hulls are used as raw materials. 本研究采用固相合成法,利用稻壳作原料,在前期工作的基础上,通过改变反应气氛和催化剂的用量生长出了三种规格(直径分别为:0.2—0.8μm,0.5—1.5μm,3—5μm)的SiC晶须,并且晶须直径均匀,表面光滑,分析了有、无氢气参与反应的两种机理,提出了改变工艺条件对晶须生长过程中横向增厚的控制作用。

本文介绍了利用稻壳作原料生长SiC晶须的方法。研究了温度、时间、催化剂及烧制气氛对SiC晶须生长的影响,从而找出了由稻壳生长SiC晶须的工艺条件,使生成产物SiC中SiC晶须质量含量提高到了30%左右,并从理论上探讨了稻壳SiC晶须的生长机理。
