Based on the principle of corona discharge,in combination with the fluidized-bed principle the authors proposed a new electrostatic dispersion & coating process for submicron metallic powders. The main features of the process included: special design of the fluidization-bed, with N_2 as the carrier gas of the powders, suitable arrangement of the corona needles & adjustment of the flow rate of the gas. With the optimized parameters of the process, the maximum thickness difference (after rolling)is 6μ(the powder quantity 7—10mg/cm~2). The discussion about the powder electro-charges in this process is given.

为了提高生产过程自动控制的调节质量,必须正确整定调节器参数,使之避免繁冗的理论计算,又防止工程实验整定的盲目性。本文综述了整定参数的常用方法,并通过实验,构造一个函数来直接建立调节器参数与调节品质之间的关系,以简单的数学运算求得最佳的调节器参数。
