The results showed that the pH and propionate percentage increased significantly in rumen(P<0.05),and the NH_3-N,lactate concentration and acetate to propionate ratio(A/P) decreased significantly in rumen(P<0.05).
plasma DAO activity was increased from 1 h ischemia to 2 h post reperfusion( P <0 05); plasma D lactate concentration peaked at 0 5~1 h post reperfusion( P <0 01, P <0 05).
NSCs were placed in different O_2 concentration environments(20% O_2, 10% O_2,3%O_2, 0% O_2). After culture of 3 days,the PO2 and lactate concentration in the cell culture medium were detected by Blood-gas Analyzer and Automatic Biochemical Analyzer.
RESULTS: FDPM reduced the lactate concentration, raised the activities of Na + K + ATPase and Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase of ischemic synaptosomes (P< 0.05 ). The effects of FDPM were stronger than those of FDP (P< 0.05 ).
Cortex lactate concentration of O (1.46mg/100g )and SE(1.12 mg/100g) group were significantly higher than control group(0.92 mg/100g). There was a tendency of glycogen decrease but had no significant difference among all groups.
Lidocaine could increase the survival rate of myocardial cells by 21%(n<0.01),reduce lactate concentration by 22%(P<0.01)as compared with those in hypoxic group,respectively.
Blood samples were taken from IJV, femoral A and superior mesenteric A and V at HO , H1, H2, H3 and H4 for blood gas analysis. CaO2, CvO2, oxygen extraction ratio (ERO2) and venous-arterial lactate concentration difference (v-aLac) of systemic and intestinal circulation were calculated.
METHODS:The synaptosome of normal rat was prepared with phase partition and cultured with oxygen glucose deprived to establish ischemic synaptosome model. The lactate concentration, intracellular free calcium concentration,ATPase and NOS activity were detected respectively after the synaptosome was cocultured with SMFD(1.3 mmol/L) and fructose 1,6 diphos phate(FDP,4.0 mmol/L) for 60 minutes.
Results After fluid resuscitation with hydroxyethyl starch(130/0.4), Pg-aCO2 decreased from 15.49mmHg to 11.72mmHg(P<0.01),PAWP, CI, SVRI, DO2 and artery blood lactate concentration rised(P<0.01), PVRI decreased(P<0.01);
Results:The mean AG was (22.8 ± 1.6) mmol/L and the mean UAG was (3.9 ± 0 .8) mmol/L. The mean arterial bind lactate concentration was (5 .8 ± 0.7) mmol/L.
Results Systemic and intestinal venous blood lactate concentration (vLac) and v-aLac at H4 and ERO2 at H3 and H4 were significantly increased as compared to the baseline values at H0(P<0.01).
In phosphate buffers at pH 6.8 and at the temperature of 25~37 ℃, the response of the biosensor had a linear relationship with lactate concentration in the range of 5.0×10 -5 ~2 5×10 -2 mol/L with detection limit of 2.0×10 -5 mol/L and RSD of 1.4%( n =11).
The patterns of dynamic changes in the lactate concentration in the blood during exercise training and in the volume density of central mitochondria were found to be similar.
The increase in lactate concentration to 3% did not affect the activity of membrane-bound phosphatase but led to a decrease in the activity of the extracellular enzyme.
Nine patients showed a so-called ?lactate reversal", i.e., an increase of the lactate concentration in the coronary sinus over the concentration of the arterial blood as an expression of ischemia development, during inducibility of a VT/VF (group A).
An elevated pleural fluid lactate concentration is not diagnostic for empyema, as most patients with rheumatoid arthritis and some with tuberculosis and cancer also show high values.
The results of the arterial blood study in 30 patients of cor pulmonale in acute exacerbation were reported.The study included gas analysis, and dominations of serum lactate,pyruvate, potassium,sodium and chlorine.All the items were determined simultaneously.The data demonstrated that when the arterial oxygen tension of the patients with cor pulmonale in acute exacerbation dropped below 60mmHg, the blood lactate concentration was most likely to show a rise, which was related not only to hy...
In 10 anesthetized adult dogs exposed to acute progressive hypoxia,changesof cardiac mechanics,as expressed by the“cardiac force loop”and cardiac conduc-tivity and excitability revealed by ECG changes,were observed.Myocardiallactate concentrations were also determined under similar experimental conditions.In early hypoxia,an enlargement in“cardiac force loop”(FLo)and a decreasein“cardiac force efficiency”(SV/FLo)were found,ECG did not show significantchanges.At the earlystage of cardiac pump failure,w...
Effects of dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus (DMH) stimulation on myocardial transmembrane potentials, cationic, ATP and lactate concentrations were studied in 28 anaesthetized, vagotomized rabbits. At 15 minutes of DMH stimulation, resting membrane potential decreased from-88.4±1.1 to-71.9±1.4mV (P<0.01), amplitude of action potential from 111.0±1.8 to 89.4±2.8mV(P<0.01), APD_(80) shortened from 119.4±3.0 to 106.8±2.6ms (P<0.05) and Vmax reduced from 140.4±6.9 to 90.3 ±5.0 V/sec (P<0.01), accomp...
