In this paper, the function, structure and design principlc of a compensated reciprocating pump (Model BHB-1) are described in detail. An equation for calculating the cam, the major driving part of the pump, has been derived. The method of determination and the used apparatus as well as the results of the pressure fluctuation and constancy of the pump are given.

The oil separating mud pump used in mining as a means of transportation of mineral mud is a new type of reciprocating pump.In order to fulfill the requirement of optimum design, reasonable use of materials, improvement of the products and prolongation of the service life of the machine, the dynamic state experiments of the separating vessel ( the weakest component of the machine ) of the 2DGN-30/25 type pump were performed and analyzed.The strain and vibration signals of the separating vessel were recorded by the magnetic recorder.The data of the recorded signals were put into the statistical analyser CF-700 for statistical and frequency spectrum analysis. As a result of data processing, the dynamic strain analysis and vibrational characteristics of the vessel were obtained.The obtained results provided useful references for the designers.The dynamic strength and the vibration of the vessel were scientifically estimated.

A stress analysis of the fatigue cracks occurred in the hydraulic ends of high pressure reciprocating pumps is carried out. By analyzing the result, it is believed that in order to increase the service life of pump hydraulic end, the amplitude of stress pulses and the maximum circular tensile stressshould be decreased.Two approaches to increasing the duration are also given.

本文对高压往复泵泵头出现的疲劳裂纹进行了应力分析,根据分析结果,认为要提高泵头的寿命,应该减小泵头体内的应力脉动幅度和最大环向拉应力。作者提出了提高泵头使用寿命的两种途径。
