The results showed that the physical capa- city of the migrants decreased at the first days after they arrived to the 3680m altitude by air plane. Vo_(2max) decreased by 23%. After adapted for 7~15 months, the physical capacity recovered slowly and became steady. But the endurance and maximal work capacity of the migrants were still lower than those of the natives at high altitude. Due to the effects of the hypoxia on the working efficiency the subjects reaction were slower.

采用直接法测试最大摄氧量(VO_2max)评价心肺功能,用WHO-NCTB评价作业工效。结果表明,移居者空运进入3680m高原后,早期体力下降明显,VO_2mqax下降23%经过7~15月适应后,体力可逐步恢复,达到稳定。但其耐力和最大作功能力仍低于世居者。低氧对作业工效的影响表现在移居者和世居者反应速度变慢,工效下降。

pH of internal vas deferens was measured by PH meter (pHs-2type) with micro ion selected electrode. The surgically exposed vas deferens of adult 25 S. D. rats were injected, under visual inspection, withHFMC into the experimental vas on the identical side (dose: 10% 20μl. 2mg) and with sterile filtrated distilledwater in the same dose into the control vas on the opposite side. The results revealed that pH of the experimental vas was lower than that of control vas by about 2. 5 scales. As the months went on, the pH elevatedgradually to the PH level of the control vas at 12th month. It is evident that HFMC is a kind of hydrogel that releases H+ slowly and maintains the lower PH in vas for a period of time. As a result, the intra-vasal HFMC occludes the vas deferens lumen, releases H+ and thus compels reversal flow to intervene the epididymal milieu andto disturb the epididymal spermatozoa maturation process and consequently and their fertilizing capacity. No sooner had HFMC been progressively dissolved and excreted than the PH returned to normal. Then the fertilizing capacity recovered naturally.

本实验选用生育力正常成年雄性SD大鼠25只,随机分为5组,行一侧输精管HFMC注射术,剂量为10%HFMC20μl(2mg),沉淀剂20μl;另一侧输精管注射生理盐水40μl对照,于注射时和注射后1、3、6、9和12月分别测定双侧输精管pH值,其结果为注射HFMC侧输精管pH明显降低,为5.18~5.82,生理盐水对照侧为7.04~7.64,并随时间推移,注射HFMC侧输精管pH值逐渐升高,于术后12月基本恢复与对照侧基本相同。提示:输精管注射HFMC后,能造成输精管内低pH值,改变了生殖系统内环境,影响精子功能,这可能是输精管内注射HFMC节育的机理之一。
