Vitellogenesis in P. penicillatus was investigated by using Xiamen sea area bemale prawn P. penicillatus as experimentals, with light and electron microscope and cytochemical methods, the results show that yolk granules first appear in ooplasm at the nucleus periphery of the vitellogenic oocyte and that yolk granules are formed through several ways:1. Mitochondria are the organelles that are the first involved in the formation of yolk granules. By the vitellogenic stage, the number of mitochondria in ooplasm of the oocytes has increased greatly. First, the mitochondrial cristae become shorter and fewer in some mitochondria, then protein precipatates high in electron density emerge in the mitochondrial matrix, finally, all the mitochondria are developed into yolk granules.2. Golgi vacuoles are the main elements involved in the formation of yolk granules. Some of the Golgi vacuoles are involved in the formation of yolk granules, others in the formation of lipid granules.3. Vesicles of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) are also major organelles involved in the formation of yolk granules.4. A main characteristic of vitellogenesis in P. penicillatus lysosomes can also be involved in the formation of yolk granules.5. Yolk granulea can be formed directly in ooplasm of vitellogenic oocytes.

The purpose of this work is to study distribution of symbiotic and epiphyte antibiotic-roducing microorganisms associated with marine organisms in the intertidal zone of Xiamen sea area. The number of microorganisms vary with the hosts, and in general there are bacteria 104~105 cells/g, fungi 103~105 cells/g and actinomycetes 103~ 104 cells/g in the surface or intestine of marine organisms studied. Among the 289 strains isolated, there are 53 strains having an antimicrobial activity, in which 28 strains...

The purpose of this work is to study distribution of symbiotic and epiphyte antibiotic-roducing microorganisms associated with marine organisms in the intertidal zone of Xiamen sea area. The number of microorganisms vary with the hosts, and in general there are bacteria 104~105 cells/g, fungi 103~105 cells/g and actinomycetes 103~ 104 cells/g in the surface or intestine of marine organisms studied. Among the 289 strains isolated, there are 53 strains having an antimicrobial activity, in which 28 strains belong to bacteria, 17 to acti-nomycetes and 8 to fungi. About 30% of the strains of antibiotic ?producing microorganisms isolated could inhibit the growth of at least 3 sensitive strains tested. The main antibiotic ?producing bacteria are Gram negative whereas the antibiotic - producing actinomycetes belong to Streptomyces and Micromonospora and the antibiotic -roducing fungi belong to 6 different genera. The results of this work indicate that there exists a rich resource of antibiotic ?producers in the symbiotic and epiphyte microorganisms associated with marine organisms.

研究厦门海区潮间带海洋动植物共附生抗菌微生物的分布.结果表明,海洋动植物体表或肠道存在细菌10~4~10~5个/g、真菌10~3~10~5个/g和放线菌10~3~10~4个/g.其菌量随宿主而变化;在289株分离菌株中,53株菌株有抑菌活性,28株为细菌,17株为放线菌,8株为真菌,30%的拮抗菌可抑制3种以上敏感菌的生长;鉴定结果表明,拮抗细菌以革兰氏阴性菌为主,放线菌为链霉菌和小单孢菌,真菌分属于6个不同属。本研究结果提示在与海洋动植物共附生的微生物中存在着丰富的抗菌资源。

The isolation methods for the actinoplanetes are compared and the ecological distribution of the actinoplanetes in the intertidal zone of Xiamen sea area is studied. The method, in which the sample is dried in air for 30 days, then treated in water bath at 55℃ for 10 minutes, and inoculated in the medium containing 50×10-6 K2CrO7 and 50×10-6 cyclolieximide, can obviously inhibit the bacterial and fungal growth. The method, in which the sample is dried in air for 30 days, then treated in water bath at 55℃ for 10 minutes, and inoculated in the medium containing 50×10-6 K2CrO7 and 50×10-6 cyclolieximide, can obviously inhibit the bacterial and fungal growth. In the intertidal zone of Xiamen sea area, the populations of actinoplanetes are more than 200 CFU/g of dry sample, and the dominant genera is Streptosporangium. Among the actinoplanetes isolated, 80% of the strains are of have antimicrobial activity.

比较了不同方法对厦门海区潮间带游动放线菌的分离效果和分析游动放线菌在不同材料中的种群数量分布.结果表明,在孢囊脱水-复水方法的基础上,采用重铬酸钾-放线菌酮-热处理-延长样品风干时间的联合方法,对样品污染细菌和霉菌有很好的抑制效果;海洋漂浮植物材料是游动放线菌的良好分离来源,数量超过10~2CFU/g干重;海洋潮间带植物材料的游动放线菌种属多样,但以链孢囊菌属为主,80%的分离菌株具有抗菌活性.
