In this paper, the developing characteristic of heat boundary la- yer in a falling liquid film of absorbent is discussed. A heat and mass transfer model is presented; from which a set of theory relative equa- ations are given. By use of these equations, calculated the tempera- ture and concentration profile in an absorptor. The results of this calculation are almost the same in experiment.

The application of the mass transfer model for the ESR presented in [1~3] is considered to remelt the high alloy steel.And the laboratorydata of the ESR ofl Cr18Ni9(Ti)are dealt with and analysed by the model.The remelting experiments are carried out in air on an electroslag furnace of 25 kg capacity,using a water cooled copper mould of 125 mm diameter with an electrode diameter of 60mm.The different ternaryslag system of CaF_(2+) CaO+Al_2O_3 are used.After the remelting process reaching a steady state an oxidizer (Fe_2O_3 powder)or a deoxidizer (Ca—Si powder or metallic Ca) is added to the slag bath by point.The results show that the model prediction of average concentrations in liquid slag and ingots vs time is in rather good agreement with the observative values for the practical remelting processes under the experimental conditions;the model may demonstrate the ways and offer a reliable basis for controlling the chemical composition during the practical ESR of high alloy steel.

考察了[1~3]中提出的电渣过程传质模型对高合金钢重熔过程的应用,并以该模型分析和处理了实验室交流电渣重熔1Cr18Ni9(Ti)铜的试验数据。重熔试验所用结晶器的直径为125mm,相应的电极名义直径为60mm;采用不同的 CaF_2+CaO+Al_2O_3三元渣系,均在大气下进行重熔。重熔过程达稳定状态后,分点加入氧化剂(Fe_2O_3粉)或脱氧剂(Ca-Si 粉或金属 Ca)。结果表明,由该模型估计的熔渣和锭子成分的变化与实际试验重熔过程观测值符合得相当好;利用该模型也可以为高合金钢实际重熔过程中的成分控制指明途径和提供可靠的依据。
