膜软化为近十几年发展起来的一种新的水软化工艺 ,属膜分离技术中的纳滤分离过程 ,具有无污染、无需再生、工艺简单、操作方便、设备占地省、出水水质好等优点 ,在国际上已得到广泛的应用。作者主要阐述了膜软化的原理、软化用膜及其性能、膜软化过程及膜软化器设计等方面的内容 ;详细论述了膜软化在常规水脱硬、高硬度海岛水软化、海水去除硫酸盐和预软化等方面的应用 ;对膜软化过程的经济性进行了评述 ,并将膜软化的制水成本与常规软化法进行了比较。为膜软化的推广应用提供一定的理论指导和借鉴。

It could greatly decrease water consumption and drainage quantity of industry wastewater. It was a promising technology for water saving and zero discharge in the fuel power plant.

对纳滤膜技术处理火力发电厂循环冷却排污水做了简要介绍。纳滤可有效地去除循环冷却排污水中的悬浮物和总硬度 ,降低含盐量 ,其中总溶解性固体和总硬度的去除率达到 90 %以上 ,含盐量去除率达到 80 %以上 ,处理后的水质符合工业用水和循环水补充用水的水质要求。纳滤膜处理循环冷却排污水在技术上是可行的 ,处理后的水可回用于电厂补给水系统 ,可以大大减少火力发电厂的耗水量和工业废水排放量 ,达到节水和“零”排放的目的
