Proposed by J.S. Albus in 1975, the CMAC neural nework is an adaptive system by which complex nonlinear functions can be represented by referring to a look-up table. In this paper, the CMAC neural network is applied to the learning control of the Continuous-Stirred Tank Reactor(CSTR) system, with the simulation results showing that this learning strategy is strong in self-learning and easy to realize, and is helpful for the improving of nonlinear control performance.

Relating achievement motivations withlearning strategies,the author discovered nine major learning strategies employed byjunior middle school students.The findings:1)achievement motivations and learningstrategies influenced academic achievementsto various degrees and no significant interac-tion was found between the former two vari-ables;2)significant difference in the twofactors was found between good students andpoor students,which caused the polarizationlof academic achievements.

本文初次将成就动机与学习策略联系起来研究,考察出了目前初中生使用的九种主要学习策略。研究结果表明:(1)成就动机、学习策略在同等程度上影响学业成绩,两者间无显著交互作用;(2)不同成绩学生(优、差生)在成就动机和学习策略上有显著差异,这是导致成绩分化的主要原因之一。
