This paper puts forward a suit of new line and method of high-effect and high-speed disposing for spilled oil, based on analysing and summarizing all kinds of technologies and methods of disposing for spilled oil in the world. These new technics and methods include sucking oil at a high effect outside the tanker and separating oil from water at a high effect inside the tanker. We undertook some researches and experiments for these technics and methods. The rate of sucking oil outside the tanker was enhanced 15.1%~28.1% and the delaminating velocity between oil and water inside the tanker was enhanced about 1.2 times,making a satisfactory test result.

针对目前溢油回收处理常用的“油船吸油法”中普遍存在的吸油效率低、分层速度慢等问题 ,提出了船外高效吸油、船内快速分离的新的溢油回收处理技术路线和方法 ,并对此进行了模拟试验和研究 ,使船外吸油率提高 15 .1%~2 8.1% ,船内油 /水分层速度提高 1.2倍 ,取得了较好的小试效果
