本文介绍了基于PLC的油水分离控制系统的结构、编程思想及油水分离的工艺过程。系统中过程控制采用PID调节,能将重要的参数控制在理想的范围内,减少了工艺参数的波动。采用DeviceNet网络结构,可随时通过添加或删除网络节点来灵活适应技术改造的需要。该油水分离自动控制系统的投入运行,大大减轻了工人的劳动强度,对企业节能、降耗、提高经济效益具有重要意义。
