本文结合低醇解度粒状共聚改性聚乙烯醇的制造,测定了醇解过程的功率变化和流变特性,探讨了各种因素对体系功率和粘度变化的影响,目的为生产过程的控制,反应器的设计提供基础数据。

The effects of concentrations of copolymer,alkaline catalyst,water and copolymer composi- tion as well as the kinds of solvent and comonomer on alkaline alcoholysis of vinyl acetate(VAc ) copolymer were investigated.It was found that the rate of alcoholysis increases with the increase of copolymer concentration,alkaline catalyst concentration and temperature and with the decrease of maleic acid(MA)content in V Ac-MA copolymer.The vinyl acetate concentration in copolymer and the rate of alcoholysis decrease in alcoholysis and the autocatalytie effect has not been found. Solvent systems have obvious effect on the alcoholysis of V Ac-MA copolymer.The expected degree of alcoholysis can be controlled effectively by selecting suitable solvent system and/or the radio of alkaline catalyst concentration and water content.The structure of copolymer has a significant ef- fect on the rate of alcoholysis.The rate of alcoholysis of the copolymer of V Ac with diethyl maleate is the smallest.These results could be used as a basis for the selection of recipe of polymer surfac- tants of copolymerization modified PVA and the control of the degree of alcoholysis.

本文以氢氧化钠 NaOH 为催化剂,甲醇为溶剂进行醋酸乙烯(VAC)——不饱和二元羧酸共聚物的醇解反应,研究了各种因素对醇解反应速率的影响,得到了宏观动力学规律,为制备共聚改性聚乙烯系列高分子表面活性剂工艺配方的确定,以及醇解度的控制提供了基础数据。

In this paper,VAC emulsion polymerization with polymer surfactants of modified poly(vinyl alcohol)as emulsifier was carried out.The effects of factors including m-PVA content and degree of alcoholysis,catalyst content and the way of its addition were investizated.Rheological behaviours and the stability of emulsion were also studied.The properties of emulsion with m-PVA as emulsifier has compared with that of the emulsion with ordinary PVA 1788,1799 as the emulsifier.It was found, (1)The viscosity of emulsion is higher and the mean particle size is smaller. (2)The viscosity of emulsion changes with temperature in lesser extent and the freeing and low temperature stabililies are better. (3)The structural Index(B)of viscosity is larger,The properties of rheopexy and flow in brush smearing are better.

以羧基改性的聚乙烯醇高分子表面活性剂(m-PVA)为乳化剂,进行醋酸乙烯(VAC)乳液聚合,研究了 m-PVA 的用量和醇解度,引发剂的用量和加入方式对聚合速率的影响。同时还研究了乳液的流变特性和稳定性,并与以常用 PVA1788和1799为乳化剂的乳液性能进行了比较。发现,以 m-PVA 为 VAC 乳液聚合的乳化剂,可制得高粘度低固含量、触变性和稳定性良好的聚醋酸乙烯(PVAC)乳液。
