This paper consists of two parts:In the first part,the author makes a thorough study and analysis of the present-day scientific and technical level of boiler industry in the world,in the second part,the author proposes and discusses a number of principal scientific and technical problems which need studying in furthering the development of power boilers in China.

本文内容主要分两部分:第一部分,作者对世界动力锅炉工业现阶段达到的科学技术水平进行了综合分析。第二部分,作者结合国内锅炉工业发展现况,对我国动力锅炉今后发展中应研究的主要科学技术问题提出了一些意见。

The method of turbine regulation has to be considered in the design of steam boiler reheater.From the point of economy,it may not be necessory to control the reheat steam temperature,but for the sake of sabety,it has to be controlled within limits. The variation of reheat steam temperature,at different boiler load,is con- cerned with the percentage of direct radiating heat,absorbed by the reheater from the furnace. The reheat steam temperature changes sensibly by the voriation of flame position in...

The method of turbine regulation has to be considered in the design of steam boiler reheater.From the point of economy,it may not be necessory to control the reheat steam temperature,but for the sake of sabety,it has to be controlled within limits. The variation of reheat steam temperature,at different boiler load,is con- cerned with the percentage of direct radiating heat,absorbed by the reheater from the furnace. The reheat steam temperature changes sensibly by the voriation of flame position in furnce,so it is good for conditional regulation.Gas recirculation is the most popular method for reheat control,the omount of recirculing gas is concerned with the location of the reheater in the gas passages.However,the flue gas heat loss of the boiler set will be increased when the gas recirculation is opplied.For reheat control,the method of steam by-pass will not affect the high pressure steam temperature,but the omount of high alloy steel for the ma- nufacture of reheater is much more increased.When using gas damper for regu- lation,if a part of the primary superheater heating surface is placed in poralld with the reheater,the reheat control will increase the difficulty for the control of primary steam temperature. In practice,each control method requires certain feasible condition for its opplication ond also has limit of temperature controlling range.

中间过热器的设计与汽轮机的调节方法有关。从经济方面看来,对二次汽温不一定要进行调节;但从工作安全方面来看,这种调节是必要的。在不同负荷下,二次汽温的变化同中间过热吸收炉膛辐射热的百分量有关。用喷燃器倾角调节时,二次汽温的变动最灵敏,因而适于作动态调节。烟气再循环是最常用的调节方法,所需再循环烟量同中间过热器所处的烟温地带有关。烟气再循环会增大锅炉机组的排烟热损失。蒸汽旁路的调节方法不影响一次汽温,但中间过热器所需金属用量增多。当用烟气挡板调节时,如一次和二次过热器并例工作,则二次汽温的调节将增大一次汽温调节的困难。实际上每种调节方法均有一定的适用条件和调节幅度的限制。

Through calculation of concrete boiler design, the paper discusses: the influences of gas recirculation to the heat transfer of different heating surfaces; the suitable arrangement of steam reheater; the amount of recirculating gas needed for controlling the reheat temperature; and the influence of gas recirculation to the economy of boiler plant. The paper also gives a brief review of the peculiarities of different reheat temperature controlling methods.

本文通过了具体鍋爐机组的热力計算与分析,說明烟气再循环对各个受热面传热的影响,中間过热器的合理布置,为維持二次汽溫所必需的再循环烟量,以及烟气再循环对鍋爐經济性的影响,还簡要論述二次汽溫各种調节方式的一些基本特点。
