三十五年来,我国中学数学教材的改革走过了曲折的道路。大致可划分为五个阶段。我们的主要经验是:中学数学教材必须坚持辩证唯物主义世界观的标准、培养目标的标准、智能标准、现代化与可接受的标准和洋为中用的标准。课程、教材要体现“面向现代化,面向世界,面向未来”,必须加强应用数学基础;正确处理传统内容与现代内容的关系;大力开展计算机教育;要设计有更大选择的带弹性的数学教材。

In the simulated test of 8 weeks with endurance exercises as the main to 24 pupils of middle school, it is further proved beneficial to arrange various endurance exercises of medium duration which last longer. Besides running and ball games, longer distence swimming is an event which can strengthen the pupils' hearts and lungs largely and develop the whole body well.

通过对24名初中学生为期八周的耐力性练习为主的课外活动模拟性实验,进一步证实中学生在课外活动中,注意安排多样的、持续时间较长的中等强度耐力性练习是十分有益的;除跑步、球类活动外,较长距离的游泳是一项能够大幅度提高心肺功能,促进全身发育的运动形式。
