试验研究液体IR(LIR50)在全钢子午线轮胎胎面基部胶中的应用。结果表明,在全钢子午线轮胎胎面基部胶中使用LIR50,胶料的工艺性能明显改善,加工安全性好;硫化胶的回弹值增大,IRHD硬度和定伸应力减小,耐疲劳性能、耐热氧老化性能和动态性能明显提高;LIR50可以等量替代酚醛类增粘树脂用于提高粘合强度,且不影响其它性能。

The dynamic rheological behavior of liquid IR(LIR) was investigated by dynamic rheo-meter.It was showed by shear rate scanning that the shear rate had little effect on the viscosity of LIR except for the high shear rate;it was showed by temperature scanning that the rheological behavior was very sensitive to the temperature,and LIR was slightly cross-linked at the higher temperature((above 130 ℃)) to increase the viscosity remarkably;and the dependence of the LIR's viscosity on the temperature could be described by Arrhenius' equation,and the flow activation energy of LIR calcu-lated from the viscosities at the zero shear rate and different temperatures was 39.27(kJ·mol~(-1)).

采用动态流变仪研究液体聚异戊二烯橡胶(LIR)的动态流变性能。频率扫描证明,LIR的粘度对剪切频率的敏感性很弱,只有在剪切频率较高时粘度才会发生变化;温度扫描证明,LIR的流变行为对温度非常敏感,而且在较高温度(130℃左右)下,LIR开始出现轻微的交联,导致粘度显著升高;Arrhenius方程可以描述LIR粘度与温度的关系,利用不同温度下的零切粘度计算得到的LIR流动活化能为39.27 kJ.mol-1。
