基于微型变压吸附氧氮分离过程的特点和线性推动力模型,建立了描述该过程的数学模型,给出了求解的边界条件和初始条件,采用有限差分法对模型进行了求解.以产品气浓度和氧气回收率为例,对数值模拟结果和实验进行了比较,二者吻合良好.所建立的数学模型可以较为准确地模拟微型变压吸附条件下的氧氮分离过程,为深入研究SARS患者专用PSA制氧机及其吸附器结构优化打下了基础.

In this paper,the air compressor,the molecular sieve,the flow process,the adsorber structure,the generator structure and appearance are analyzed.The study results show that,it is a fundamental route of minimizing oxygen generator to develop advanced the air compressor,the Li-X molecular sieve and the flow process,it is an important way of optimizing the oxygen generator to optimize the adsorber structure,the generator structure and appearance.

对压缩机、吸附剂、工艺流程、吸附器结构以及制氧机的结构与外观进行了深入分析,结果表明,开发新型节能的微型压缩机,开发适用于微型制氧机的锂分子筛和节能的工艺流程是变压吸附空分制氧微型化的根本途径,优化吸附器结构和制氧机的结构与外观是优化微型变压吸附制氧机的重要方法,是提高制氧机市场竞争力的有效措施。
