The effect of MgSO_4 and some chelating agents on stability of H_O_2 was studied, it was shown that, in strong caustic, H_2O_2 has the best stability in the presence of MgSO_4 at lgC_(Mg)≈3, and the composite of sodium triphosphate with MgSO_4 was obviously superior to sole MgSO_4.
And the optimal rate of three phosphates was 1.5∶1.7∶1.0 (sodium triphosphate∶Sodium pyrophosphate∶Six sodium metaphosphates),according to the orthogonal experiment with 3 levels and 4 factors.
The primary factors of the esterification were studied and the optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows:sodium triphosphate as absorbent,chloroform as solvent,molar ratio of iso-butanoyl chloride to tert-butanol equacto 1.0∶1.3,reaction time 2.5h,and the yield is 85.1%.
