Based on finite element method (FEM),the modal characteristic of turbine blades have been studied.The influence on the blades caused by material contants (include modulus of elasticity,density),centrifugal force or temperature are discussed in theory.According to Hamilton principle,the vibration equation of turbine blades is derived with respect to the influence of centrifugal force.The analytic relationship between the material constant and the modal characteristic of turbine blades is presented.A approximate formula is obtained by introducing the concept of equivalent modulus of elasticity on condition that the rotational speed of turbine is not very high.The finite element modal analysis of a certain turbine blade has been done after building up its analytic model by applying modern CAD techniques and the comparison between the calculating results and test values shows the accuracy of the finite element analysis.The rationality of the approximate formula is verified by the finite element calculation.

基于有限元法,对增压器涡轮叶片进行模态特性研究,从理论上探讨了材料参数(包括弹性模量和密度)、离心惯性力及工作温度对涡轮叶片模态特性的影响。根据Hamilton原理,推导了考虑离心惯性力影响的涡轮叶片振动方程。给出了材料参数、工作温度对涡轮叶片模态特性影响的解析式。在涡轮转速不十分高时,引入等效弹性模量的概念,得出涡轮转速对叶片模态特性影响的近似公式。利用现代CAD技术建立了某涡轮叶片的分析模型,并在此基础上对其进行了有限元模态分析。计算结果与试验测试值的比较表明,本文有限元分析具有较高精度,而通过有限元计算则验证了文中近似公式的合理性。
