介绍了近几年大庆油田应用螺杆系采油技术及配套工艺技术、螺杆泵的开发与检测等方面所取得的科研成果和成功经验。根据实践,认为螺杆泵的设计与制造、定子橡胶的选择、螺杆泵的检测和螺杆泵井最优工况的实现是螺杆泵采油的技术关键,而螺杆泵的标准化和系列化、定子橡胶的综合性能分析及评价、采油螺杆系的优化设计、螺杆泵采油系统的能耗特性分析等是螺杆泵采油尚须解决的问题。最后提出了关于螺杆泵采油技术的6点新认识。

The stator rubber of the screw pump is often plumped because of infiltration of crude oil or some of chemical species at high temperature and high pressure. And this results in the reduction of the volume efficiency. Field use of 3 GLB120-27 screw pumps shows that, the mean thickness of the rubber plumping is 2.1 mm at zero pressure, and the average loss of volume efficiency is 25.19%, close to the average value computed. The loss of the volume efficiency decreases with the increases of the outlet...

在油井高温、高压条件下, 原油或其中的某些化学物质通常会渗透到螺杆泵定子橡胶内部, 使橡胶膨胀, 体积增大, 增大部分占据了空腔体积, 使实际储存油液的空腔体积变小, 导致容积效率降低。3台GLB120—27螺杆泵的现场试验表明, 零压力时, 橡胶溶胀厚度平均 2 1mm, 容积效率损失平均 25 .19%, 与计算平均值 21 .24%接近, 容积效率损失随着泵出口压力增大而减小。最后提出了提高泵容积效率的技术对策。

During polymer flooding industrialized application process in Daqing Oilfield,aiming at problems of pumping unit and electric pump exposed in polymer bearing fluid lifting such as rod pipe eccentric wearing,electric machine burning and screw pump limited discharge capacity,a type of surface drive polyline large discharge capacity screw pump is developed and applied to meet the needs of polymer flooding lifting with a real discharge capacity over 180m~3/d.Comparison between monoline and polyline design schemes indicates that polyline screw pump has certain technical advantages in improving stator rubber heat elimination and improving pump performance,with correlated verification of field test results.Field popularization application result shows that polyline large discharge capacity screw pump can well meet the lifting needs in polymer flooding wells of high fluid production in Daqing Oilfield,with obvious cost effectiveness and energy economic effectiveness.By the end of July 2005,there are 146 wells using large discharge capacity screw pump in polymer flooding and average maintenance free period is 339d.A favorable field application effect has been achieved.

在大庆油田聚合物驱油技术工业化应用过程中,针对抽油机和电泵在举升含聚液体时暴露出的杆管偏磨、烧电机及螺杆泵排量范围小等问题,开发应用了适合于聚驱举升、实际排量在180 m3/d以上的地面驱动多线大排量螺杆泵。通过对单线与多线2种设计方案进行对比,认为多线螺杆泵在改善定子橡胶散热、提高泵的工作性能方面具有一定的技术优势,并得到了现场试验的对比验证。现场推广应用结果表明,多线大排量螺杆泵能够较好地满足大庆油田聚合物驱高产液井的举升需要,而且具有明显的降投资和节能效果。截至2005年7月底,大庆油田在用聚驱大排量螺杆泵井146口,平均免修期339 d,取得了良好的现场应用效果。
