bjective \ To study the ultrasound anatomy and color Doppler flow image of the normal tongue. Methods\ Two hundred and one cases with normal tongues were examined with percutaneous suprahyoid realtime highfrequency ultrasound and color Dopple ultrasound. The views and the sizes of the different parts of the tongue were determined. Results\ The continual and comprehensive ultrasound anatomy and color Doppler flow image could be obtained 100% and the ultrasound images of the important normal structures of the tongue and the floor of the mouth were clearly discernible. The widths of the tip, body and root of the tongues were (28.524.32)mm, (35.533.82)mm and (31.053.85)mm, respectively. The thickness of those were (20.144.02)mm, (23.212.83)mm and (23.884.05)mm, respectively. The length of the tongue was (53.046.28)mm. Conclusions\ The reserch results metioned in this paper will provide an important ultrasound anatomic basis for ultrasound diagnosis of the located lesions of the tongue and the floor of the mouth.

目的探讨正常人舌的超声解剖及彩色多普勒血流图。方法应用实时高频超声经皮舌骨上区检查法检查201例正常人舌,确定舌的切面图并进行舌的径线测定。结果应用本检查法可获得完整的连续的舌和口底超声解剖切面图和舌血管的彩色血流图,舌和口底重要结构显示率为100%。舌尖、舌体、舌根的宽度分别为(28.52±4.32)mm,(35.53±3.82)mm和(31.05±3.85)mm,厚度分别为(20.14±4.02)mm,(23.21±2.83)mm和(23.88±4.05)mm,舌的长度为(53.04+6.28)mm。结论该研究结果将为开展舌病变的超声诊断提供重要的超声解剖依据。

Objective To study the ultrasound anatomy and the normal ultrasonography of the cervical part of the esophagus.Methods Fifty cadavers were observed anatomically and sixty healthy volunteers were examined by ultrasonography. The trend and the adjoining relations in anatomy, and the ultrasonographic features of the cervical esophagus were noticed.Results The cervical esophagus originated from the lower border of the cricoid and ended at the upper border of the manubrium, with the trachea in front and the vertebral column in the rear. It moved slightly to the left as it run down and entered the thorax. There were some movableness in the lateral directions. The rate of clearly demonstration of the cervical part of the esophagus by ultrasonography was 100%. On ultrasonogram, the cervical esophagus was tubular in longitudinal section and oblate in transverse scan. The esophageal wall was shown as a multilayered echo structure. Conclusions The scan along the left of the trachea is the best approach for ultrasonography to examine the cervical part of the esophagus from the skin surface. The scan along the right is then the important one. The combination of the left and the right approaches is conducive to overall survey of the cervical esophagus. The cricoid, the thyroid, and the manubrium are three important anatomical landmarks for the ultrasonographic examination of the cervical esophagus.

目的 探讨食管颈部的超声解剖及正常声像图。方法 观察 5 0具尸体解剖标本 ,并用体表超声检查 6 0例正常人食管颈部 ,注意其走向、解剖毗邻关系及声像图特征。结果 食管颈部起于环状软骨下缘水平 ,止于胸骨柄上缘水平 ,前方为气管 ,后方有椎体 ,在下行中略向左偏移 ,并在侧方有一定的活动度。超声清晰显示率为 10 0 %。声像图上 ,食管颈部纵切呈长管状 ,横切呈扁圆形 ,管壁回声呈多层结构。结论 经气管左侧是体表超声检查食管颈部的最佳途径 ,经气管右侧则是检查的重要途径 ,两者结合将有助于对食管颈部的全面扫查。环状软骨、甲状腺和胸骨柄是超声检查的 3个重要解剖标志

目的 :探讨食管腹段的超声解剖、检查途径及正常声像图。方法 :观察 50具尸体解剖标本 ,并用体表超声检查 1 0 0 0例正常人食管腹段 ,注意其走向、解剖毗邻关系、超声检查最佳路径及声像图特征。结果 :食管腹段始于膈肌的食管裂孔水平 ,止于胃的贲门 ,位置深在 ,经体表超声仅有两处途径可达深部的食管腹段 ,其中经剑突下途径的超声显示率高于经右肋间途径 (94.7% vs92 .1 % ,P<0 .0 5) ,而综合两途径的超声总显示率最高 (97.6% ,P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :经剑突下途径为体表超声检查食管腹段的最佳途径 ,经右肋间途径则是检查的重要途径 ,两者结合将有助于对食管腹段的全面扫查。最后还描述了食管腹段的正常声像图表现
