It was confirmed that grape seeds (a Rind of leftover bits and pieces of beverage industry) contain about 16% crude oil by extracting method with petroleum ether. After extracting the oil, the residue was continually extracted by 80% ethanal and from it about 11% crude extract (A) having strong anti-oxidative activity was obtained, (A) was refined by following methods: (1) Fractionation by different solvents , (2) Active carbon treatmen t; (3) Precipitation with neutral and basic lead acetate , (4) Absorption...

It was confirmed that grape seeds (a Rind of leftover bits and pieces of beverage industry) contain about 16% crude oil by extracting method with petroleum ether. After extracting the oil, the residue was continually extracted by 80% ethanal and from it about 11% crude extract (A) having strong anti-oxidative activity was obtained, (A) was refined by following methods: (1) Fractionation by different solvents , (2) Active carbon treatmen t; (3) Precipitation with neutral and basic lead acetate , (4) Absorption by polyvinyl pyrrolidore (PVP). The Antiactivity of each refined fraction in rapeseed salad oil or lard or soybean oil was measured by the Oven-storage Method, and the ethyl acetate extract obtained by (1) was regarded as the best result because of its strong anti activity and its high yield(4.85%). It was suggested that the effective antioxidative components in grape seeds are acidie phenolic compounds according to their color-tests.

用石油醚萃取饮料工业的下脚料葡萄籽可得到约16%的毛油,萃取油之后的残渣再经80%乙醇抽提可得约11%的具较强抗氧化作用的粗抽物A。本文采用溶剂分级、活性炭吸附、醋酸铅(中性和碱性)沉淀和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮吸附四种方法对A进行精制。用烘箱贮存法测定了各种精制组分对菜籽色拉油、猪油和豆油的抗氧活性,乙酸乙酯萃取物对豆油和猪油的抗氧作用最强,且得率也高(4.85%)。用化学试剂显色法初步鉴定葡萄籽中的抗氧有效成分为酚酸类化合物。

In this paper a method of gas chromatography used for estimating fatty acids in grape-seed oil is described.Model GC-16A Gas Chromatograph with a flame ionization detector was used. The column was a glass tube (4mm×2m)packed with 5% diethylene glycol adipate (DEGA) on 101 AW white siliceous earth.This method is simple, convenient and good in accuracy, and variation coefficient in quantitative determination is less than 4%. (except Myristic acid)
