In this article the author tries to probe into the effect of the trainers' leadership style on the athletes' psychology pressure and psychology adaption by means of 《The questionnaire on the trainers' leadership style》,《The students' school behavior as well as the statistical tables》 and《Reports about school circumstances》. The findings show that the athletes' psychology adaption has a negative impact on the athletes' psychology pressure.And the athletes' psychology pressure, on the one hand, has a negative impact on the trainers' democratic leadership style; on the other hand, it has a positive effect on the trainers' authoritative and unrestrained leadership style.And what's more,the athletes' psychology adaption has a positive influence on the trainers' democratic leadership style; but it also has a negative influence on the trainers' authoritative and unrestrained leadership style. Last of all, male athletes and female athletes are quite different from each other as far as psychology pressure and psychology adaption are concerned.

Objective To compare the detected rate of school children behavior problem from different schools where students had the same hukou and resided in the same area in Zhejiang province.Methods School children (689 floating-workers’children,742 urban children, 725 rural children)were evaluated by Rutter's Behavior Questionnaire.Results Prevalence rates of school behavior problems were 10.4% in floating-workers' school children, 19.5% in urban students and 11.0% in rural pupils respectively.The detected rates of family behavior problems were 15.8% in the floating-workers' schools, 8.8% in urban and 16.3% in rural elementary schools; the highest proportion of school behavior problems in three groups was N behavior in urban school children and that of family behavior problems in three groups was N behavior in rural pupils.No matter whether they were boys or girls, the difference was significant in the detected rate of school children having behavior problem in three different groups.Conclusion There are differences in the detected rate of school and family behavior problem in three groups.The figure of rural students is close to that of floating-workers' school children, but has difference with that of urban pupils.More attention on the behavior problem of floating-workers' school children in city and their mentality health education should be paid.

目的比较浙江省不同生源学校学龄期儿童行为问题的检出率。方法选用Rutter行为评定量表分别对农民工小学689人、城市小学742人和农村小学725人学龄期儿童行为问题的评定。结果不同生源学校的学龄期儿童行为问题检出率差异显著,其中农民工小学、城市小学和农村小学学校行为问题检出率分别为10.4%、19.5%和11.0%,家庭行为问题检出率分别为15.8%、8.8%和16.3%;三类人群行为问题构成中学校行为问题以城市小学N行为居多,家庭行为问题则以农村小学N行为居多;无论男童或女童,不同生源学校的行为问题检出率差异有显著性。结论不同生源的小学生行为问题检出率存在差异,农村与农民工小学比较接近,与城市差异明显。应重视城市农民工学龄期儿童行为问题的发生,关注其心理健康状况。

School-environment building plays an important role in the development of teenagers' psychology, and good environment can improve the affection of educational behavior, the enthusiasm of participant behavior, the aptitude of learning behavior, the validity of management behavior and also can intensify the inheritance of school behavior. Some decisive work must be done in school-environment building.

学校环境的建设在少年儿童心理发展中起着重要的作用,良好的环境可以提高教育行为的情境性、参与行为的积极性、学习行为的智能性以及管理行为的有效性,可以强化学校行为的继承性。在学校环境的创建中,一定要抓住主要环节做文章。
