The temperature field and thermal stress on the spiral casing structure of large\|sized hydropower station are analyzed by the finite element method in this paper. The method to define the coefficient of elastic resistance on rock is presented. The thermal stresses of the concrete in the tangent direction are gotten. With the first and third temperature boundary conditions, namely temperature and heat flow boundary conditions, the temperature field and thermal stress are obtained and two kinds of the thermal stresses are compared. According to calculating results the influence on reinforced arrangement of the concrete structure is discussed in this paper.

应用有限元方法分析了某大型水电站地下厂房中蜗壳结构的温度场和温度应力 ,阐述了围岩弹性抗力系数的确定方法 ,得出了混凝土截面的切向正应力 .计算分别采用第一类 (已知温度的边界 )和第三类 (对流换热边界 )温度边界条件 ,并对两种边界条件下的温度场和温度应力进行了比较 ,根据计算结果讨论了温度应力对蜗壳外围混凝土结构的配筋影响

3D-FEM analysis is made on the stress status of the spiral casing structure of Xilongchi pumped-storage hydropower station with consideration of different K-I values,which is a constant internal water pressure being kept in the steel spiral casing while casting the surrounding concrete.It shows that the K-I value has an important effect on the concrete stress status,the control stress is the concrete circumferential stress which decreases with the reduction of spiral casing diameter and the distance extension to the outer surface of the spiral casing,the maximum circumferential stress occurs at the joint section of the steel pipe and spiral casing.Concrete stresses in the axial direction of the spiral casing are relatively uniform dispersed tensile stresses,the maximum axial stress occurs in the thinnest section of surrounding concrete.A suitable K-I value is suggested based on the stress analysis and operation conditions.

本文应用三维有限元方法,对西龙池抽水蓄能电站整体蜗壳结构在不同充水保压值KI情况下的应力状态进行计算分析。结果表明,充水保压值KI的大小对蜗壳外围混凝土的应力状态有重要影响,蜗壳外围混凝土中沿蜗壳断面的环向拉应力是控制应力,其数值随着蜗壳断面直径的减小及距蜗壳表面距离的增大而减小,最大环向拉应力出现在蜗壳与进水钢管相接断面的顶部;沿蜗壳轴线方向的应力为相对均匀的拉应力,最大拉应力出现在外围混凝土厚度最薄的部位。在对蜗壳应力状态和运行特性进行分析的基础上,提出合理的充水保压值KI。
