After treatment the tobacco seedlings with 10?mmol/L CaCl2 solution,the effect of calcium on antioxidant metabolism under high temperature stress in tobacco seedling leaves was studied.The results showed that calcium could extenuate the change of stress under heat stress by 40?℃ temperature,such as the destruction of the chlorophyll,the accumulation of MDA and increase relative plasmalemma permeability in tobacco leaves.It indicated that calcium also increased the content of endogenous antioxidant...

After treatment the tobacco seedlings with 10?mmol/L CaCl2 solution,the effect of calcium on antioxidant metabolism under high temperature stress in tobacco seedling leaves was studied.The results showed that calcium could extenuate the change of stress under heat stress by 40?℃ temperature,such as the destruction of the chlorophyll,the accumulation of MDA and increase relative plasmalemma permeability in tobacco leaves.It indicated that calcium also increased the content of endogenous antioxidant (AsA,GSH )and enhanced the accumulation of proline in leaves at 40?℃.The activities of superoxide(SOD) and catalase (CAT) in the tobacco seedlings went up at beginning and then lowered during 40?℃ temperature stress.These results suggest that Ca2+ treatment increased activities of antioxidant systems under high temperature stress.After recovery growth,the endogenous antioxidant and antioxidant enzyme in Ca2+ treatment and control seedlings were rose in different degrees.According to these results,it is thought that the inhibited activities of antioxidant systems and the accumulation of active oxygen species by initiation of membrane lipid peroxidation may be a cause to the injury of high temperature stress to tobacco seedlings.

Three pot-grown soybean varieties(Zhechun No.2,Zhechun No.3 and 9703) were used to study the effect of Mg on antioxidant metabolism of soybean leaves with different supplementation of magnesium concentration at 5trifoliate and full flowering stages in soil.At 5-trifoliate stage,with the increasing of Mg concentration,the chlorophyll content of soybean leaves increased.While at full flowering,the chlorophyll content of soybean leaves decreased with the increase of Mg concentration.The control plants(0.00mg/kg) exhibited an increase of proline,malondialdehyde(MDA),membrane permeability(MP) and superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) activities and a decrease of catalase(CAT) activity.With the increase of Mg concentration,the proline content,the cell membrane permeability and MDA content in soybean reduced obviously;while the activities of SOD and POD decreased quickly,and the activity of CAT increased frist and decreased afterwards.So application of Mg raised the ability of antioxidant metabolism of soybean leaves.The effect of medium concentration((60.00mg/kg)) of Mg was the best.At 5-trifoliate stage,the proline and MDA contents of three soybean varieties were 1.38%~22.96% and 12.60%~44.50% lower than the control treatment(0.00mg/kg),11.11%~(57.90%) and 9.87%~71.61% lower than the control at full flowering.The cell membrane permeability was(7.19%)~38.61% lower than the control treatment at 5-foliate stage and 21.79%~46.10% lower than the control treatment at full flowering.There was an obvious difference among reaction of SOD,POD and CAT to Mg.There was also an obvious genetic variation in terms of the response to Mg.Of the three soybean varieties,Zhechun No.3 is sensitive to Mg and showed a weak resistance to the stress of Mg,but its resistance is the highest when application of Mg.The 9703 is less sensistive to Mg.The case of Zhechun No.2 is between Zhechun No.3 and 9703.

采用水培实验方法进行LaCl3对大豆(Clycine max)幼苗最适喷施浓度的筛选,并在此基础上初步研究了La对紫外辐射(UV-B:0.15W.cm-2,0.30W.cm-2)胁迫下大豆幼苗膜脂过氧化的影响.实验结果表明,20mg.L-1La能显著提高大豆叶片CAT、POD等抗氧化酶活性,降低细胞质膜透性和MDA含量,改善大豆幼苗抗氧化代谢功能.La+UV-B和UV-B组细胞质膜透性和MDA含量的动态走势相近,仅为前者的增幅低于后者,La+T1组的增幅低于La+T2,表明La能够缓解UV-B辐射造成的膜脂过氧化作用,且La对T1的防护效果优于T2。
