Non full irrigation researches started in early 80's of last century in China. Key stage irrigation can be considered as one of non full irrigation. Introduction and improvement of Jensen model improved non full irrigation research in China from qualitative stage to quantitative stage. The sensitive indexes in Jensen model are variable timely and spatially. So, researches should be conducted to determine suitable sensitive index values for all representative areas nationwide. It is necessary to restore national irrigation experiment network and to conduct not full irrigation experiment cooperatively nationwide for determining relevant parameters in crop water models in 3 to 5 years.

我国非充分灌溉研究工作始于 80年代初。最早和灌溉关键水当属非充分灌溉问题。Jensen模型在国内应用使非充分灌溉研究从定性阶段提高到定量阶段。鉴于 Jensen模型中敏感指数在空间的不稳定性 ,当前应抓紧该模型在各地的研究 ,确定每一地区的各种作物的敏感指数值。尽快恢复全国灌溉试验网 ,组织全国的联合试验 ,争取在 3~ 5年内完全确定水 -作物模型的有关参数 ,为全国的非充分灌溉工作开展咨询指导

Two Water Crop models, i.e. quadratic model and Jensen model, is integrated and a new combining model is presented in this paper. With the new model, the optimal process for irrigation water demand in water resources management can be turned into optimal process for soil moisture management. Because soil moisture is easy to be monitored and controlled, the model is easy to use in irrigation management practice.

对描述作物耗水量与产量关系的二次函数关系模型和詹森模型 ,通过水量的当量变换 ,把描述同一生产过程的二个模型统一到一个模型内 ,这个模型具有二者的优点。该模型可以把对水量的优化转化为对土壤含水率的优化 ,而土壤含水率是一个可以随时监测和控制的因素 ,所以在应用上具有现实指导意义。
