The value of Nb/V in carbonitrides varies with pricipitation temperature: it is rich in niobium as forming in high temperature and rich in vanadium as forming in low temperature. Niobium precipitated completely after the third stage of rolling, but about a half amount...

A new method of extracting the precipitate from the microalloy steel is proposed. The method is characterized by a new procedure of electrolysis in which the samples are electrolyzed in an electrolyte of 10% acetylacetone-1% tetramethy-ammonis chloridemethyl alocohol under constant-current, in this condition the superfine particles (less than 100A) can not be attacked, then their shape and size will be remained. It conduces to quantitative investigation on strain-induced precipitation and precipitation strengthening in microalloy steel.In this paper, the isothermal strain-induced precipitation and the mechanism of precipitation growth in Nb-V steel are examined by the new method.

本文介绍了一种从微合金化钢萃取析出相的新方法。该法的特点是以10%乙酰丙酮-1%四甲基氯化铵-甲醇非水溶液作为电解液,并在恒电流将钢样进行电解,可使100以下的超细析出颗粒不受侵蚀,保留其原有形状与尺寸。电镜观察表明:用这种方法和一次复型技术,能顺利地将析出颗粒完全萃取下来,可用于微合金化钢的应变诱导析出及其沉淀强化效应的定量研究。本文利用这种新方法对Nb-V钢中的等温应变诱导析出和析出颗粒的生长机制进行了初步探讨。
