The condensation heat recovery of refrigeration equipment is in favor of saving energy and reducing environmental thermal pollution.Based on this point,a refrigeration and water heater integrative experiment desk for teaching has been developed,and partial condensation heat recovery experiments have been made on this experiment desk.The results of the trials show that the highest water temperature in hot water box can be up to about 53.5 ℃,and the variation rate of hot water decreases gradually due to the temperature increasing in hot water box.The recovery ratio of condensation heat can be up to about 15% when the water temperature in hot water box varies from 37.8 ℃ to 47 ℃.The pressure of compressor inlet,outlet and power consumption of compressor increases a little,and the performance of refrigeration decreases appreciably when the condensation heat has been recovered,but the integrative energy efficiency is improved obviously.

回收制冷装置冷凝热有利于节约能源和减少环境热污染。研制了带冷凝热回收的制冷兼制热水一体化教学实验台,并在此实验台上开展了制冷装置部分冷凝热回收的实验研究。实验结果表明,热水箱中热水最高温度可达53.5℃,热水的升温速率随水温的升高而逐渐减缓;热水箱中热水温度范围为37.8~47℃时,冷凝热回收比例为15%左右;回收冷凝热时,压缩机进、出口压力以及压缩机功率消耗均有所上升,制冷性能略有下降,但系统的综合能效系数明显提高。
