SDA-Ⅰ型中熔合金是由铜、镍、锌、铟、硅、铝元素组成。其中含镍>15%、锌+铟30~43%、硅+铝<0.9、铜余量。合金熔点为924~950℃、硬度 HV220±10、比重8.2、铸造线收缩率1.7%(冷模铸造)、抗张强度60~63kg/mm~2、延伸率11~15%。本合金在0.1%Na_2S 溶液中浸渍60天,仅有极轻微变色,仍有较好光泽;用人工唾液作合金主要元素的腐蚀溶出量测定,溶出量极少;由此表明合金经体外腐蚀试验,具有良好的抗腐蚀和抗变色能力。本合金经细胞培养试验、溶血试验和肌肉埋植试验三种生物学检测,证明它有良好的组织相容性,是一种安全的口腔修复材料。临床上为387例病员制作了404件各矣固定修复体,井随机复查了93件。其中91件修复体(占97.8%)的抗变色能力合乎临床使用要求。

In this paper. The high-temperature properties of the coating materials and their influence on the casting accuracy of the Single crown are studied. The influence of technical process On the accuracy of the fixed bridge is also studied, after the coating material is selected. It is found that,theh hig-temperature propertes of the coating material produces important inflence on the Casting accuracy of the single crown. When the coating material is selected, two-ingates for casing fixed bridge is more accurate than a single-ingate, because its thermal distribution is more even and the temperature gradient is less than the single-ingate.

本文研究了三种内包埋材料的主要高温性能及其对全冠铸造精度的影响及铸造工艺方案对固定桥体精度的影响。研究发现内包埋材料的高温性能对全冠铸造精度产生重要的影响,当包埋材料选定后,采用“双内”铸道浇铸的桥体,由于热分布均匀,温度梯度小,冷却趋于一致,其精度要比“单一”铸道浇铸的桥体精度高。
