Three most important mechanical properties of the piston ring. and its vital relations to the reciprocating engine are discussed in this work.

本文是第一机械工業部提出的题目“活塞环研究”的一部分。主要目的是測取环脹力的分布规律,並在理論上与試驗上尋找弹力降低与温度时間之間的关系。内容有以下三方面。(1)采用新方法测取脹力。过去方法(如文献①→⑦))都有缺点,且所用設备复雜而不經济。本文就我们已有的設备用精确度较高的电阻应变儀及光彈性方法進行测量。並测取环在汽缸中的真实应力,以資校核。(2)計算脹力与变形的关系,特別是高点环理論形状的計算。(3)計算並試驗弹力降低(松弛)与时間及溫度的关系。

Three different additives (701, 711, 711A) of barium salt of alkyl-phenol type for motor lubricating oil have been synthesized, and their effects on the performance of motor lubricants produced from the Soviet crude oil of Second Baku and Yumen crude oil have been investigated. Their viscosity-index improving, oiliness, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation and detergent properties have been evaluated. Three different additives (701, 711, 711A) of barium salt of alkyl-phenol type for motor lubricating oil have been synthesized, and their effects on the performance of motor lubricants produced from the Soviet crude oil of Second Baku and Yumen crude oil have been investigated. Their viscosity-index improving, oiliness, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation and detergent properties have been evaluated. The motor lubricants with above three additives added have also been tested on a single cylinder engine. For comparison, a Soviet. diesel lubricant of -14 has been selected and a Soviet additive -1 has been used for parallel runs. Tests show that additive 701 improves the viscosity-index, slightly, but additives 711 and-711A produce a somewhat unfavorable effect. Additive 711A shows the best result on improving oiliness. It also improves the anti-corrosion property significantly of the motor lubricant of Yumen origin. All three additives 701, 711 and 711A show good anti-oxidation property below 250℃, but deteriorate rapidly at higher temperatures, such that this additive effect becomes almost nil at 300℃. For detergent effect, additive 711A improves Second Baku crude oil motor lubricant from grade 6 to 1 on model engine test. Preliminary engine tests of motor lubricant containing additive 711A on a gasoline type single cylinder engine show that less acid is formed, viscosity is lowered, less deposit is found on pistons and rings, and less corrosion is observed.

試驗了三种自制的烷基酚鋇盐多效能潤滑油添加剂(701、711、711A)对土依馬賽含硫原油15号車用机油和玉門原油10号車用机油的粘度-溫度性能、潤滑性能、腐蝕性能、抗氧化性能以及清淨性能的影响。并在国产汽化式單汽缸發动机上作了綜合性馬达評定。为了比較起見,采用苏联产的添加剂АзНИИ-ЦИАТИМ-1和柴油机油ДП-14作了平行試驗。試驗結果表明:自制的701添加剂可以稍为改善潤滑油的粘度-溫度特性,711和711A添加剂对潤滑油的粘度-溫度特性則略有不利的影响。711A添加剂在潤滑性能方面的效果最大。在抗腐蝕性能方面,711A添加剂对玉門原油10号車用机油有显著效果,701和711添加剂的效果則較差。在低于250°的氧化条件下,701、711、711A三种添加剂都有良好的抗氧化稳定性,但在300°的氧化条件下,則几乎完全失去作用。在清净性能方面,711A添加剂可以使土依馬賽含硫原油15号車用机油由6級的清净性提高到1級。在初步用国产汽化式單汽缸馬达試驗中,証明711A添加剂可以降低發动机潤滑油在使用过程中的酸值和粘度,同时可以改善其清净性能、抗腐蝕性能及磨耗性能。

In this paper, we study the problem of the normal reflection of the plane shock wave on the piston. When the shock wave meets with the wall, the reflection phonomenon occurs immediately. Here we suppose that the wall is very thin, and we neglect its internal elastic and plastic waves, and thus consider it as a rigid piston. When the wall is shocked by the incident wave, it obtains an acceleration and moves. We study tne effect produced by the motion of the wall(piston)in a short time from the beginning. We use the auto-model solution (plane wave) of sharpened explosion for incident wave. We develop the physical quantities in the region of reflection into Taylot's series, and thus transform the system of partial differential equations obtained into a system of linear algebraic equations, and hence obtain the expressions of first approximation solution. Finally, we give two examples with which we analyze the effect produ ced by the motion of the wall in a short time from the beginning. The results obtained by calculation show that the magnitude of the etfect by the motion of the wall is determined by the non-dimensional initial acceleration of the wall: α_2(α_2=W_0t_1~2/R_0, where w_0 denotes the initial acceleration of the wall, R_0 the distance of tne center of explosion from the wall, t_1 the time that the wave needs to reach the wall from the beginning of explosion.) When |α_2| is very small (|α|≤0.5), the effect by the motion of the wall is very small.

本文研究平面激波在活塞上的正反射问题。当激波遇到固壁时,立即发生反射现象。我们假设固壁很薄,忽略内部的弹性波和塑性波,把固壁看成刚体的活塞。当固壁遇到入射波的冲击时,就产生加速度而运动。我们研究在反射初期,由于固壁(活塞)运动所产生的效应。我们采用点爆炸的自模拟解(平面波)作为入射波。本文将反射区物理量展成泰勒级数,以使偏微分方程粗化为线性代数方程组,从而求得解的一级近似表达式。最后给出两个例子,结合例子分析了在反射初期,由于固壁运动所产生的效应。计算结果说明,固壁运动效应的大小决定于固壁的无量綱的初始加速度α_2(α_2=(ω_0t~2_1)/R_0,其中ω_0为固壁初始加速度,R_0为爆炸中心位置至固壁的距离,t_1为爆炸开始至波到达固壁所需的时间。)当|α_2|很小时(|α_2|≤0.5),固壁运动的效应是很微小的。
