The multipurpose moir information processing system presented in this paper can perform the multiplication of grating lines and fringes, separate "and v- field of displacement and enhance fringe contrast through spatial filtering. In addition, the arbitrary mismatches between reference grating and specimen grating (image) as well as fraction fringes can be introduced by shifting image plane. This system has also the following advantages: The moir fringes in transparent model can be processed in real time, experimental operation for elimination of lens aberration is simple and the energy of light source can be utilized effectively. The measured strain distribution for the members of carbon fiber composite materials is in good agreement with the results by strain gages method.

本文基于能量等效原理,采用有限元法和随机统计试验的Monte-Carlo方法相结合的随机分析数值方法,提出了可用于短纤维复合材料刚度预报的有限元随机能量法。文中还以碳纤维/AG3合金、碳纤维/GA321合金和钢纤维/尿烷复合材料为例,用本文方法对其刚度特性进行理论预报,所得理论预报与试验值吻合很好,说明本文提出的分析模型和方法是有效的。

The results show that the influence of manufacturing process on the properties of carbon fiber cormposite materials is more obvious than on that of traditional P/M materials. The presence of carbon fiber has set a special technological requirement for the manufacture of composite materials. The traditional P/ M process can not be wilful to manufacture fiber composite materials.

采用冷压烧结、复压复烧、二次复压复烧和热压几种不同的工艺分别制得了短碳纤维增强铜铅合金(铜-铅-碳纤维)复合轴承材料。试验结果表明:制造工艺对碳纤维复合材料性能的影响比传统的粉末冶金材料更明显;碳纤维的存在对复合材料的制造提出了特殊的工艺要求;制造纤维复合材料时不能任意沿用传统的粉末冶金工艺。
