And the application of the microprocessor can still greatly enhance operating functions of the instrument system. In this paper, the authnr studies the application of these technologies to a safety monitoring system installed in high pressure steam pipes of power stations. The paper sums up some international and Chinese experimental achievements on acoustic emission techniques, analyses the choice and appication of characteristic parameters of the acoustic emission signal, presents its synthetic measurement methods of seven parameters and completes systematical designs for detecting signals, eliminating noises, measuring parameters, using microprocessors and determing the mode of data in and out. All circuits of the system have completely been designed. The system designed is able to detect as many parameters as required. It has strong ability in real-time fault position locating, real-time data desplaying, real-time alarming and real-time controlling.

声发射技术的应用使动态无损检测成为可能,而微处理机的应用又可大大增强仪器系统的功能。本文即探讨应用这两种新技术于高压蒸汽管道安全监控系统的研究。文内综述了国际国内在声发射方面做出的许多试验成果,分析了声发射信号表征参数的选取和利用,提出了有关声发射信号七种参数均综合测试方法,对信号探测、噪声去除、参数测取、微型计算机的应用以及数据输入、输出方式等进行了系统设计,对各单元电路进行了设计。所有设计使得本系统测取参数较多、处理功能较强,能实时源定位、实时数据显示、实时报警以及实时控制动作等。
