The steel leak in the mold of CC slab is one of the most harmful accidents. It will not only cut down the rate of production of the CC mill,but also injure the CC mill itself. Consequently, in order to reduce the rate of the steel leak of CC slab in MISCO, the system of mold copper plate temperature measurement was adopted,and developed a suit of steel leak forecast installation in the mold of CC slab was developed. In November, 1995, it was put into the industrial experiment in the third steel mill of...

The steel leak in the mold of CC slab is one of the most harmful accidents. It will not only cut down the rate of production of the CC mill,but also injure the CC mill itself. Consequently, in order to reduce the rate of the steel leak of CC slab in MISCO, the system of mold copper plate temperature measurement was adopted,and developed a suit of steel leak forecast installation in the mold of CC slab was developed. In November, 1995, it was put into the industrial experiment in the third steel mill of MISCO. By means of the industrial practice, there are indications that all the performance indexes of this installation reach the design requirement.The forecast ratio of the felted steel leak can be 100% ,and the wrong forecast ratio is 20.53% . In addition, this installation has brilliant prospect in molten steel level measurement and the slab exterior quality judgment.

板坯连铸结晶器漏钢是多种事故中造成损害最严重的一种,它不仅降低铸机作业率,而且会损坏铸机。为了降低马钢板坯连铸机的漏钢率,采用结晶器铜板测温方式,研制出一套板坯连铸结晶器拉漏预报装置,并于1995年11月在马钢三钢厂顺利投入工业性热试。通过生产应用表明,本装置的各项性能指标均达到设计要求,对粘结性漏钢的测得率达100%,误报率为20.53%。热试表明,本装置在结晶器液面测定和铸坯表面质量判定方面也具有广阔的应用前景。
