    In this article, half-analysis methed is used to calculate the magnetic field distribution of magnetic fluid sealing region and to determine the magnetic fluid static sealing pressure-resistant capacity. The calculated pressure-resistant values are in good agreement with those obtained from the experiments. The results prove the correctness of the method and serve as a guide to the design of sealing pieces of magnetic field.
    采用半解析法计算了磁性液体密封区的磁场分布和磁性流体静密封耐压能力,理论计算出的耐压值和实验值相吻合,此结果证明磁场分布近似求法的正确性分析结果为实际磁性流体密封件的设计提供了指导.

Magnetic fluid seal is a new branch of technology which rose in recent years.It hasbeen developed rapidly and entered practical application stage in developed countries such asAmerica and Japan. There has already been some research basis of the magnetic fluid seal in China.Researchers and engineers are paying more and more attention to this technology.o promote itsdevelopment in China,the magnetic fluid seal and its development status are introduced andreviewed synthetically from aspects of the generation,the composition,the property of the magneticfluid,and especially the magnetic fluid seal theory,computation method and the factors affectingthe seal characteristics. Some of the important research directions and programs are put forward.

磁性流体密封是近几年发展起来的一项新技术,其在美国和日本等发达国家的发展很快,已经进入实用阶段,我国在这方面也有了一定的基础,并且越来越为有关的工程技术人员所关注。为了加速这项技术在国内的发展,从阐述磁性流体的产生、组成、性质和应用开始,着重围绕磁性流体密封的原理与应用和磁性流体密封的理论与计算方法,以及影响磁性流体密封性能的因素等几个方面,对磁性流体密封及其在国内外的发展现状作了综合介绍与评述,并且提出了几个值得重视的研究方向和课题。

为了正确得出和验证磁性液体往复运动密封耐压公式,研究了磁性液体往复运动密封中磁性液体的运动机理,利用有限元法分析了密封件的磁场分布及静止耐压能力。利用磁性液体动力学的Navier-Stokes方程与电磁学中的麦克斯韦方程联立推导了磁性液体往复运动密封的耐压公式。在往复运动密封试验台上验证了转速、行程等参数对密封耐压能力的影响。
