The boiling zone outside of the heating tubes is the character of type evaporator. We searched the ways of reducing the height and enhancing the heat transfer of the evaporator by experimental comparisions. A new method to calculate the friction loss of the boiling zone is presented. Several methods for calculating the height of the boiling zone are checked and compared with experimental data.

The experimental facilities of preparation,storage,handling and combustion system of COM in zhejiang university are briefly introduced.Various properties of COM,with 10—69% of coal powder concentration by weight,such as theo- logical and vaporization properties,isothermoflow and nonisothermoflow,field of temperature and velocity distribution in heating tube,sedimentation of coal particles,power consumption of propeller type mixer,homogeneity of COM preparation,heat exchange of COM with the coil heater,under temperature variation ranging from 40 to 120℃,etc,were experimentally determined.The relationship of the apparent viscosity μ_p,or the homogeneity factor k and the coefficient of theological property n as a function of C_W and T may be written in the form of oxponential function.It has been found that COM is a kind of pseudoplastic fluid,its flow properties in most of the pipes is laminar flow and its pressure drop may be calculated by laminar flow formula of pse- udoplastic fluid with 7.85% standard error.

本文简要介绍了浙江大学 COM 的制备、贮藏、输送和燃烧系统的试验装置。试验研究了COM 的煤粉重量浓度为10~69%,温度为40°~120℃范围内 COM 的各种物理特性,例如 COM的流变特性和蒸发特性,等温和不等温流动,加热管道中的温度场和速度场的分布,COM 中煤粉的沉降特性,旋桨式搅拌器的功率特性,制备 COM 的均匀性和盘管加热 COM 的传热试验等等。表现粘度μ_p 或均匀系数 K 和流变学特性系数 n 是浓度 C_w 和温度 T 的函数,其关联式可以写成指数函数。发现 COM 是一种拟塑性流体。在大多数管道中的流动特征是层流。并且其管道阻力损失可以用拟塑性层流流动公式来计算,其标准误差为7.85%。

The equation for accurately calculating the inner wall temperature in electrically heated tubes is presented with the outer wall temperature being measured. The possible error using the equation is discussed in this paper.

本文提供了在用电直接加热管子进行对流传热研究时,根据测量的外壁温度计算内壁温度的精确公式。
