Aberration characteristics is analyzed in detail. As a conclusion, the tolerance for inclination of the end faces of the pole pieces is given, which lies well within limits of normal workshop practice.Methods of study and the results thereby obtained are also applicable to an electrostatic lens system.

本文提出了利用实际系统的输入—输出试验数据,辨识具有未知维、参数阵和噪声协方差阵的定常、多变量、随机线性系统的方法.为了得到一致性的参数估计,采用了典范新息模型.为此,描述了一个有条理的、同时辨识系统阵A的结构和参数的统一步骤,而不需要初始条件的验前信息.

On the basis of author's research on the equivalent of what is called the 3rd-order optimum parameter system and development of the formulas for finding the limits in which the real system acts as a linear system, a new way is presented in the paper for engineering design of the 3rd-order control systems, which can adjust the time constant of the systems to a reasonable level so that they perform better than the current ones do in the linear operation.
