In this paper, the hydration of the carbide slag-fluidized furnace slag cementing material CF under 60℃/100℃ saturated steam are studied. The main physical mechanic properties of CF and CFA concrete are tested. It is expected that CA and CFA will become a promising materials for wall construction.

本文对电石渣沸腾炉渣在60℃和100℃的饱和蒸汽中的水热合成反应进行了研究,并对在上述条件下制得的电石渣沸腾炉渣(CF)胶结料及其混凝土(CFA)的主要物理力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:电石渣沸腾炉渣胶结料及其混凝土作为墙体建筑材料将有较大的发展前途。

The excitation of the additive on the electric furnace slag's activity and the influence of the additive on the mixture's properties are discussed, and compared with portland cement the properties and influence factors of the slag cementing material are investigated in denal. A conclusion that the slag cementing material is a rapid hardening and high strength as hydraulic cementing material, and can be applied in building engineering has been made.

在碱-矿渣系统中加入酸性粉煤灰,构成碱-粉煤灰-矿渣系统。实验室条件下,研究了水玻璃模数和掺量,硅酸盐水泥熟料、沸石、减水剂对酸性粉煤灰掺量为50%的碱-粉煤灰-矿渣胶凝材料强度的影响规律,同时在试验参数下,对该系统的凝结时间进行了测定。结果表明,以上各加入物对碱-粉煤灰-矿渣胶凝材料的强度均有较大影响;实验参数下,该材料并不发生急凝,凝结时间可以满足施工要求。
