A new generation of power line carrier technique——Network based Distribution Line Carrier (NDLC) on the basis of DSP decoding is presented in the paper. The work carried out by Sifang Research Institute of North China ElectricPowerUniversity (NCEPU) isdescribed. The characteristics of Distribution Line Carrier (DLC) are discussed, the reliability of NDLC is analyzed and some measures to improve the reliability of NDLC are proposed, especially the network rules of NDLC. The results of test and on site operation of NDLC in a practical 10kV system validate the correctness of the above mentioned analysis.

介绍了新一代电力线载波技术——基于 DSP解码的网络化配电线载波 (NDL C) ,以及笔者在这方面的研究工作。讨论了配电载波的特点 ,分析了 NDL C系统的可靠性 ,提出了提高 NDL C系统可靠性的措施及 NDL C系统的组网原则 ,指出经过特殊配置的 NDL C系统是可靠的 ,完全适用于配电自动化中馈线自动化控制功能。NDL C在 10 k V电力系统的试验运行验证了分析的正确性。
