According to the formation characteristics in Tabei Area, YK serics modified drilling & completion fluids system, based on potassium polymer drilling fluid, containing oil soluble resin is optimally selected. Lab tests show that the system can effectively protect reserviors,and recover core permeability by 90%. Applications in Sha-37 Well have resulted in the increase in initial production rate of crude oil in the well by 137. 62 percent compared with that of two offset wells.

By utilizing shielding temporary sealing technique, changing concentration of thickenig agent HEC and incorporating bridging agent BPA, a new completion fluid system for reservoir protection of the QK18-1 oilfield is developed. The evaluation result showsthat the filtration loss is reduced substantially compared with the existing system and permeability recovery is increased by 15~20%.

在研究歧口18-1油田储层岩心的敏感性、完井液处理剂及体系的防膨性、与储层水的配伍性和对储层损害程度的基础上,对用于该油田的原有完井液处理剂及体系进行了评价试验。采用屏蔽式暂堵原理并通过改变增粘剂HEC的浓度和引入桥堵剂BPA,优选出保护歧口18-1油田储层的新型完井液体系和配方,并对保护储层的效果进行了评价试验。试验结果表明,新型完井液体系较之原有完井液体系明显地降低了岩心的滤失量,岩心渗透率恢复值提高了15%~20%。
