The method of foot print is usually used to distinguish the pattern of foot arches or to measure the angles of foot print for the diagnosis of flat foot. Whether this method is relia-ble, it needs a further contrast with the lateral roentgenogram of the foot, which may show the angles of interior and lateral longitudinal arches. It means that the foot-print method used to deter-mine the arches of foot is reliable and without exception in athletes.

Using histochemical electron microscopy and RIAs, we observed the changes of ult rastructure of skeletal muscle motor end-plate of rat injected with androgen (testosterone propionate)for 12 weeks. The results revealed that androgen injection caused gradual increase of the number of synaptic vesicles in motor end-plate, increase of electronic density of synaptic vesicles, and increase of reaction product of AChE in nerve terminals of motor end-plate and we found pathological changes of ultrastructure in nerve...

Therefore, we consider that it is more harmful that athletes takeandrogens for improving their Physical condition.

本文应用酶组化电镜和放射免疫检测技术(RIAs),对给予外源性雄激素的大鼠骨骼肌纤维运动终板和血睾浓度进行了研究观察。结果表明,实验组血睾浓度随给药时间的延长,逐渐上升(P<0.05)。服用雄激素可使各型肌纤维运动终板神经终末部内突触小泡数量增多、电子密度增高、AChE终末反应产物电子密度增高;长期服用后,上述变化明显减弱,并可见各型肌纤维终板神经终末部内的线粒体肿胀、空泡化,接头褶松散、短缩和数量减少等一系列超微结构的病理变化。因此,本文认为运动员为提高运动成绩而服用雄激素的危害远远超过其可能的益处。

It is often discoverd in clinical treatment that a skier or athlete of ball games becoming blind or losing power of vision because of the nose forehead eye-frame complex body is stricken by ball or any other apparatus. This paper measured the stress and strain of all relative place of the complex body at external forces by testings. It provided the scientific base for diagnosing the cause reason of blinding and for protecting the athletes.

临床实践中常发现滑雪、球类等运动员,由于鼻额筛眶复合体受到球类或其他器械撞击而导致双目失明或视力明显减弱的病历。用实验的方法测量了复合体在外力作用下各相关部位的应力、应变,为临床诊断失明的原因以及运动员的安全防护提供了科学根据。
