With MC68F333 as the core and by adopting the control method of SPWM and mixed fuzzy PID control algorithm, this instrument is capable of converting the battery energy into sinusoidal current to be fed into the power grid. The hardware structure and software modules are described in detail. Suggestions for resolving such problems as system reliability, anti interference and reduction of the impact of discharge energy on the power grid in the development of hardware and software are put forward. The main functions of the instrument and its successful application in a number of power supply bureaus are described.

This paper presents a mixed fuzzy PID controller for DC/DC converters.In this control method,only the output voltage of DC/DC converter needs to be measured,and then the control signal is gained from a self-adjusting fuzzy controller paralleled with an intelligent integration link.The proposed method is implemented using an 8-bit microcontroller PIC16F877.The experimental results show that the method not only can speed the startup of DC/DC converter with smaller overshoot and no steady-state error,but also has the advantages such as easily to be implemented,good generality and practical value for applications.

提出了一种用于DC/DC变换器的模糊PID混合控制策略,该方法只需测量DC/DC变换器的输出电压,然后由智能积分环节和自调整模糊控制器并联得到控制量,并且基于8位微控制器PIC16F877实现了这种控制策略。实验结果表明,该控制方法不但能使DC/DC变换器输出电压启动速度加快,超调量小无静态误差,而且易于实现,通用性好,具有实用价值。
