This paper is concerned with the dynamic perfomance testing, model identification, control system pa-rameter optimization and simulation study, based on the steam temperature control system and coordinated controlsystem of the 350MW coal-fired power generation unit the self-provided power plant of Bao Steel. The identifi-cation test is carried out via loading step signal disturbance and pseudorandom binary signal (PRBS) disturbance.Using integeated identification methods of non-parameter identification algorithms and parameter identificationalgorithms, the transfer functions of steam temperature object and steam pressure object working with high and lowloads are obtained respectively. The difference of dynamic performance characteristics of the same identified objectwith different load as disclosed,which provides scientific basis for dynamic performance analysis and control pa-rameter optimization. The control system parameters of the unit are optimized and adjusted using parameter opti-mization method. The simulation results show that the control system's performance is improved effectively, whichdemonstrates the siguificance of the study for engineering practice.

First, in power systems with fixed series capacitor, a small signal disturbance steady-state response method is developed to calculate the complex torque coefficients for the analysis of subsynchronous resonance(SSR). Theoretical reasoning has shown that , for the linearized system, the electrical torque increments due to a small sinusoidal wave disturbance on the rotor angle can be decomposed into the sinusoidal and cosinoidal parts, the magnitudes of which are respectively in proportion to the electrical spring coefficient and damping coefficient. Then, the novel approach is extended to the SSR analysis of power systems with thyristor controlled series capacitor (TCSC). The formulas and computation steps are given in detail. Simulations on IEEE first benchmark system are consistent with the results of EMTP.

经推理证明,对于采用固定串联电容补偿的电力系统,如果对发电机转子角度施加一微小正弦扰动,则按系统线性化方程求得的电磁转矩稳态增量的正弦和余弦分量的幅值分别与电气弹性系数和电气阻尼系数成正比,从而提出了一种计算复转矩系数的微小扰动稳态响应算法。然后将这种算法推广到采用晶闸管控制的串联电容补偿电力系统的次同步谐振分析中,给出了具体的计算公式和步骤。采用IEEE典型系统进行计算,所得结果与采用EMTP时域仿真的结果相吻合。
