This paper describes the problem of recovery and utilization of oxygen-rich cellgas obtained from electrolytic zinc cells, which has never been used as a valuable resource of oxygen. This cell-gas is a mixture containing a large amount of oxygen formed at the anode and a small amount of hydrogen formed at the cathode. The O_2 to H_2 ratio is dependent upon the mode of enclosure of the electrolysis cell and the technical conditions such as current density, current efficiency etc. In this investigation a simple recovery method using a semi-enclosed type cell has been developed, by which a cell-gas containing 25-35% oxygen and 1-4% hydrogen can be obtained. The cell-gas can be used in oxygen-enriched smelting of nonferrous metals or other combustion processes. Other benefits are the elimination of acid mist pollution during electrowinning of zinc and an increase in metal recovery.

The application of the straight lime precipitation process for the recovery of WO_3 fram the ammonium paratungstate mother liquor has been studied. As compared with the caustic soda process generally used, it can simplify the production flow, avoid the environment pollution, recover the NH_4C1 as by-product, decrease considerably the materials required, and improve the metal recovery.

本文介绍了用石灰直接沉淀法回收仲钨酸铵结晶母液中WO_30该法是用普通廉价的石灰代替烧碱,把结晶母液中的WO_3直接转变成钨酸钙,白钨母液经浓缩回收氯化铵。该法与常用的氢氧化钠转化法回收WO_3比较,既缩短了流程,又防止了环境污染,综合回收了NH_4Cl,大大地减少了材料消耗,并提高了金属回收率。

The experimental results obtained from two existing 150t LD converters are described in this paper.Production results show that the top-bottom combined blowing techniques have important metallurgical advantages. With stable blowing and without slopping the average furnace charge increased by 6.16ton/heat. The metal recovery increased and the metal charge consumption decreased by 8.4ks/ton. When compared to the conventional BOF operation, comprehensive production cost decreased by about 2.30¥/ton.

鞍钢两座150t转炉已经全部采取顶底复合吹炼工艺。生产实践表明,顶底复合吹炼工艺具有明显的冶金效果。由于吹炼平稳,喷溅少,使平均装入量增加6.16t/炉;金属收得率有所提高,钢铁料消耗降低8.4kg/t_钢:铁合金消耗降低0.35kg╱t_钢;副原料及氧气消耗均有所降低;纯吹氧时间和冶炼周期有所缩短;综合生产成本比顶吹工艺降低约2.30¥/t_钢。
