The total metal recovery can reach 99.2%,with a ratio of total metal concentratio up to ll3.5 tims. In addition,the AS flotation mechanism was studied. The results also provided technical variables and theoretical basis for treating the effluent con- taining heavy metals by means of precipitation-flotation.

本文采用沉淀浮选法治理含重金属废水,找到了气浮活性好,来源广泛、价廉、几乎无毒大的气浮列As;考察了沉淀浮选法的影响因素,确定了沉淀浮洗法治理含重金属废水的最佳工艺条件。处理实际废水的实验证明,沉淀浮洗法不仅伦治理合重全属废水,还十分有效地回收了废水中的有价元素,总金属回收率达99.27%,且总金属富集比达113.5(倍).此外,还对气浮剂AS的作用机理进行了探讨。不研究结果对沉淀浮选法治理含重金属度水提供了技术参数和社论依据.

A solvent extraction process for valuable metal recovery from ammonia stripping solution of electroplating sludge has been developed. The optimum operation parameters of each unit were determined in laboratory. Copper sulfate, zinc sulfate, nickel sulfate, chrominium chloride, iron chloride and aluminum sulfate with high purity were obtained in the process. 本文研究了采用氨络合分组浸出-蒸氨-水解渣硫酸浸出-溶剂萃取-金属盐结晶工艺回收电镀污泥中有价金属的过程,通过优化实验和动态中试实验,确定了全流程的最佳工艺参数.结果表明:采用上述工艺,电镀污泥中各金属总回收率可达:Cu>93%,Zn>91%,Ni>88%,Cr>98%,Fe>99%,并得到较高纯度的金属盐类产品.初步经济分析表明,经济效益高于国外类似工艺,能明显减少建厂投资.
