The study on the leachayihty of hazardous solid waste is the base to find out the leaching moving pattern of harmful material in landfill plant and establish suitable predictable way for the density of leachate.And at the same time it will have important significance to the design of the leachate treating system of landfill plant and evaluation of its safety.For electroplate chromiun mud,using cement as solidifying agent,sulf fouree and sodium silicate as addition agent in our study,aims at researching the pattern of the changing chromium under different addition agent volumes,and different ratio of them in different pH value water.The result of the experiment showed that the effect of cement solidifying agent was good when the ration of cement/chromium mud>1.5/1.0.The addition of sulf fouree and sodium silicate could reduce the density of chromium in leachate,and sulf fouree was better than sodium silicate,mean while there will be cooperate effect between them,and sodium silicate could increase the intensity of solid block.

对危险固体废物浸出特性的实验研究,是了解有害物质在填埋场中的浸出迁移规律及建立合适的浸出液浓度预测模型的基础,并对填埋场浸出液处理系统的设计和填埋场安全性能的评价都具有重要意义.本研究以电镀铬泥为对象,以水泥为固化剂,硫脲、硅酸钠为添加剂,研究在不同添加剂用量、不同配比以及不同pH值水中铬的浸出规律.实验结果表明,水泥固化效果良好,水泥/铬泥大小1.5/1.0(质量比)即可.加入硫脲、硅酸钠等添加剂,可降低铬的浸出浓度,硫脲的稳定化效果优于硅酸钠,二者存在一定的协同效应,且硅酸钠可显著提高固化块的强度.
